12/13 - A journey through the history of taste and food
The tour begins with foods from the prehistoric era, with the construction of a primitive mill, continuing on to the foods of ancient Egypt and Rome, the Medieval era, to the discovery of America and the food of the Renaissance, with a picturesque presentation of a banquet table from this last period. The journey continues with the cuisine of the Califs and the introduction of spices, Nouvelle Cuisine up to taste in space with the food of the astronauts.
